PAGE I0 THE OBSERVER 2' IDAY, APRIL 14, 1931 p on DOOR TO EDUCATION--The uncompleted front entrance of Boylan Central Catholic high school shows the celtic cross in the center of the canopy. Over 300 freshmen students enter these doors daily. FINISHING TOUCHES--A workman is pictured above as he puts the finishing touches on the floor in the south corridor of the diocese's newest central Catholic high school. The audi- torium and gymnasium lead into this corridor. CHAPEL-LIBRARY NEARS COMPLETION--The above pic- ture shows the southern part of the library which will be the chapel. A mahogany wood folding door seperates the chapel from the library which faces the eastern part of the court- yard. "THE OVEN IS SET AT 350 "--Pictured above is one secti of the Home Economics room at Boylan Central Catholic. Finishing touches will be the installation of the stoves and the ceiling. LIBRARY-CHAPEL-The ex- terior of the library a n d chapel wing of the 2 million dollar school is shown above taken from the eastern sec- tion of the courtyard. The school will be completed by September, 1961. At the pres- ent time, only freshmen stu- dents are enrolled. Factory SPRIHG GYMNASIUM ALMOST READY -- The large gymnasium is nearing completion. The above picture shows the southwestern SET THE STAGE -- The new auditorium at Boylan Central Catholic high school will, seat a maximum crowd of 809 when capacity crowd of 3,000 when completed.
